IDEAL PROPERTY $250,000 to $800,000

    • rural area, within one hour of major college/university
    • 25 acres, at least half wooded,
    • able to build 10-12 small, family style residences
    • pond, stream or other water
    • large house, [farm house] structurally sound
    • large barn or activity/social hall with outbuildings and/or indoor riding arena of 10,000 +- sf structurally sound with no interior walls or posts
    • zoned or zonable for school with multiple small dorm/residences
    • adequate water, town or enough well capacity
    • adequate sewage, town or capacity to up-grade septic
    • supportive local officials
